About the Role

We are looking for a Fintech Product Operations Associate with 2–3 years of experience in financial services or fintech environments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, exposure to financial risk management (FRM) principles, and a passion for building user-centric financial products.

You will play a key role in designing and optimizing cross-functional product workflows, particularly in lending, payments, and investment domains. This includes close collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate complex financial processes into simple, scalable, and effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end workflows for products across lending, payments, and investments.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI style guides.
• Ensure cross-platform consistency and collaborate with engineering for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Work on backend-facing interfaces including MIS dashboards, reconciliation panels, and admin tools.
• Analyze operational flows including transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and exception handling.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions for more efficient and scalable product operations.
• Stay current on industry trends in fintech, UI/UX, and regulatory technology.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in fintech operations, NBFCs, banks, or financial services.
• Exposure to FRM (Financial Risk Management) concepts and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of KYC/AML, compliance requirements, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and tech teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience using tools like Figma, JIRA, SQL, or BI dashboards.
