Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst & MIS (BI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decision-making and operational reporting. You will develop and maintain dashboards, generate insightful reports, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and BI dashboards.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and KPIs.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validation.
• Present findings in clear, concise formats suitable for stakeholders at all levels.
• Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or BI roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation (preferred).
• Experience in the fintech or digital payments sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
