Key Responsibilities:

1.  Client consultation and coordination on calls and emails.
2.  To identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals and cold calling.
3.  To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
4.  To negotiate with the clients and close the deals to achieve the set goals.
5.  Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and market competition.
6.  Manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.
7.  Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
