Skills
· Interacting with Customer for time-to-time requirements - booking till the handover of the flats.
· Execution of Agreements and sale deeds as per committed timeline.
· Follow up on outstanding payment.
· Coordinating with the team of Architect, Estimator, Finance, Project Engineer and Service executive for smooth functioning of systems for snags.
· Monitoring and controlling of modifications, execution and project completions.
· Project progress to customers and documentation control.
· Monitoring and controlling of handover process of projects.
· Monitoring and controlling of Documentation and registration process.
· Coordinating with various bankers for project approvals, loan dispersal and fulfilling other requirements of the banks.
· Monitoring the cash inflow and receivables on staggered payments.
· Responsible for strategic reports and MIS.
· Attending customer complaints / getting customer feedback.
· Coordinating with legal team for preparation of sale deeds.
