Responsibilities: 1. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers and handling all tasks independently.2. Utilize Tally (version 9) software to accurately input, update, and reconcile financial data.3. Ensure compliance with TDS, and GST regulations by accurately filing TDS &amp; GST returns and maintaining related records.4. Follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payment processing.5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, cash flow statements, aging AR, and Variance reports6. Help analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes7. Continuously follow up with vendors for commission payments, resolving any payment discrepancies or issues.8. Stay updated on relevant accounting laws, regulations, and best practices.
