Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of influencer talent manager/account manager. This position involves building and managing your own business while collaborating with a diverse group of creators.

Responsibilities

- Onboard new creators/influencers  

- Negotiate payments with creators and our exclusive brands  

- Manage 20 to 30 creators  

- Oversee the entire campaign process from idea to execution  

- Provide support and guidance to influencers  

Qualifications & Skills

- Up to 2 years of experience in talent management  

- Strong communication skills  

- Excellent negotiation skills  

- Familiarity with social media platforms
