Role Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for
developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients' goals.
You will manage influencer relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure successful
execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to clients’
needs and objectives.
o Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from inception to
completion.
o Create and maintain campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
2. Influencer Relationships:
o Identify and build relationships with influencers across various platforms
o Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements.
o Serve as the main point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign
process.
3. Content Creation and Coordination:
o Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that aligns with
campaign goals.
o Oversee content approvals and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and
legal requirements.
o Monitor and review content performance to ensure it meets expectations.
4. Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed
reports to clients.
o Offer insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on
performance data.
5. Market Research and Trends:
o Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and
emerging platforms.
o Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights to inform campaign
strategies.
6. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including creative, PR, to ensure cohesive
campaign execution.
o Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content
creation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced
environment.
* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
