Job Overview

Brombeer IT Systems LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Data Cloud specialist for a full-time position located in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and will play a key role in managing Salesforce Data Cloud services, leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and SQL to support data-driven strategies that enhance business operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud for managing and optimizing customer data platforms (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience with CDP to unify customer data for personalized experiences (Mandatory skill).
• Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in working with relational databases to store and retrieve structured data efficiently.
• Expertise in data modeling principles to create visual representations of data systems.
• Knowledge of data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the organization.
• Ability to perform data integration tasks, combining data from different sources into a unified view.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess requirements and implement innovative data solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for Salesforce Data Cloud to improve customer data utilization and engagement.
• Manage and optimize the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems.
• Create and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business intelligence activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is aligned with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement data models and structures to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data cloud and integration best practices.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
