Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a Junior level role, the candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This is a Full-Time position where you will play a critical role in promoting our IT solutions across various markets. Your mission will be to drive sales through direct engagement, market analysis, and establishing strong relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have field work experience to effectively engage with clients and understand their on-ground challenges. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in cold calling to reach potential clients and generate sales leads through persuasive communication. (Mandatory skill)
  • Fluency in Kannada to cater to local clients and enhance communication effectiveness. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales to negotiate and close deals with corporate clients while understanding their requirements.
  • Strong market research skills to analyze trends, gather competitive insights, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate product features and benefits to potential clients effectively.
  • Adept at networking to build long-lasting relationships with industry professionals and leverage them for business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking events to promote our IT solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor our offerings to meet market demands.
  • Engage with customers to explore their requirements, propose suitable solutions, and handle objections effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure continued business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
  • Review sales performance, provide strategic insights, and report on progress to management regularly.
