Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) professional to join our team at Brombeer IT Systems LLC. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Island, and Internal Islands City. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in BI with a required work experience ranging from 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and report creation (Mandatory skill).
• Solid experience in business analysis to understand and translate business needs into insightful analysis (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge of DAX programming to create complex data models and calculations (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets from various data sources.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes to efficiently manage and process large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation of repetitive tasks within BI projects.
• Skilled in developing interactive and dynamic dashboards to provide decision-makers with real-time data insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, utilizing tools like Power BI to provide data insights.
• Collaborate with business users to identify and assess business requirements and provide effective data-driven solutions.
• Perform complex data analysis to interpret trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, data models, and data flows for BI solutions.
• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity through regular monitoring and validation processes.
• Optimize performance of BI tools and dashboards, ensuring data is refreshed and available for business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users to harness BI tools effectively and enhance data literacy within the organization.
