Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Planning Control professional to join our team in Sonipat. This mid-level, full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in production planning within the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong expertise in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and demand forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with SAP Production Planning, ensuring seamless production flows and meeting organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, contributing to informed production decisions.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and eliminate defects in production processes.
• Familiarity with Just-In-Time (JIT) Manufacturing to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
• Experience in ERP Systems for integrated production planning and resource management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing for effective and sustainable production processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in supply chain management for efficient production scheduling and resource allocation. (Mandatory skill)
• Skills in demand forecasting to accurately predict production needs and adjust strategies accordingly. (Mandatory skill)
