Job Overview

Brij & Co. is seeking a skilled Desktop Publishing professional to join our team in North West Delhi, North Delhi. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop publishing software and a passion for design and detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator for creating versatile design elements and illustrations.
• Solid understanding of QuarkXPress to handle complex layout designs effectively.
• Ability to manage typography for a variety of products, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal.
• Familiarity with prepress processes to prepare files for printing with high-quality standards.
• Strong skills in layout design to create visually impactful presentations and publications.
• Excellent attention to detail ensures all designs meet the company's quality standards.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the design and production teams.
• Knowledge of Screen, Sublimation Print & digital Plotter.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of promotional materials in alignment with company branding.
• Create and manage layouts for various print and digital publications, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that final products meet specifications and standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of each design.
• Review and proof all materials for errors and consistency before finalizing.
• Work closely with the marketing department to create innovative graphics for promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends to continually improve designing techniques and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of graphic design standards for the company.
