We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer/Site Supervisor for construction of a new office building in Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi. The Civil Project Engineer should possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices. The following areas of knowledge are essential:

Civil Engineering Fundamentals - Understanding of soil mechanics, concrete technology, structural principles, and drainage systems.

  * Ability to interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.

Construction Methods and Techniques - Proficiency in various construction methods related to earthworks, foundations, concrete works, roadworks, and utilities.

  * Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.

Safety Regulations and Procedures - Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and standards.

  * Ability to conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.

Quality Control and Assurance - Understanding of quality control procedures and testing methods.

  * Ability to identify and address quality deficiencies.

Project Management Basics - Familiarity with project scheduling, cost control, and resource management.

  * Ability to track progress and report on project status.

Materials and Equipment - Knowledge of construction materials and their properties.

  * Understanding of construction equipment and their capabilities.

Codes and Standards - Knowledge of local and national building codes, and construction standards.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Effective communication skills for interacting with site personnel, subcontractors, and clients.

  * Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships.

Legal & Contractual Awareness -  Basic understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.

Qualification Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods and safety regulations
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints.
