Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

A. Use the lead management system effectively and track leads generated through various sources with the acquisition cost for each channel type

B. Collaborate with influencers to drive better brand visibility

C. Run and optimize ad spending through social media

2. Lead Management:

A. Track, experiment, and manage the Google ads spending effectively and ensure the leads are tracked and managed through CRM

B. Work on IVR call system set-up and handling

3. Lead Conversion:

A. Work on converting potential customers through leads generated through various sources: emails, chat messenger, WhatsApp messenger, phone calls, and alike

B. Handle customer calls, messages, and customer requests & answer queries

4. Lead Reporting:

A. Work on lead acquisition, tracking, and conversion reports preparation

B. Work on growth hacking metrics

Who can apply:

1. MBA in marketing

2. Past experience in lead generation and sales
