Profile :- SAP ABAP Consultant

Location – Chandigarh , Bangalore

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·        Minimum of 3-10 years hands-on development in ABAP and ABAP OO, ABAP on HANA.

·        Extensive knowledge in Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement & Forms.

·        Possess strong object orientation ABAP experience.

·        Must have knowledge in latest ABAP coding paradigm & syntax (7.50+).

·        Any exposure to OData and SAP NetWeaver Gateway would be beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Understand business requirements, evaluate alternatives, and consult the functional business analysts on the most appropriate technical implementation approach.

·        Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.

·        Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

·        Work closely with SAP functional consultant to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality

·        Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs.

·        Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.

·        Mentor and coach junior developers/consultants if required.

·        Work collaboratively in co-located and cross-located teams.
