Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team fit.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity using an ATS or Excel sheets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future openings.
  • Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years) as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology, roles, and tools (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, DevOps, AWS, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for IT roles in a staffing agency or tech company.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment are an added advantage.
  • Understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
