Job Overview
The Technical Recruiter role at Brainhunter Recruiting Pvt Ltd is tailored for a Junior level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience. The position is full-time and also open for internship opportunities, specifically based in Mumbai and Pune. The role requires a dynamic individual to facilitate efficient recruitment processes, especially in IT and related sectors. The candidate should excel in IT recruitment and possess end-to-end recruitment capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a recruiter with a focus on IT recruitment processes is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process is a must have skill (Mandatory skill).
- Strong ability to utilize interview scheduling software to coordinate and manage candidate interviews effectively.
- Well-versed in IT recruitment with a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Capability to source and screen potential candidates efficiently through various platforms and channels.
- Skill in building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through networking and other sourcing strategies.
- Experience in coordinating interviews, feedback sessions, and overall candidate management processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle technical recruiting processes to meet the staffing needs of the company and its clients.
- Source candidates through innovative techniques and methods, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent.
- Coordinate interviews and manage client-candidate logistics with smooth communication and feedback systems.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates (via video, phone and in-person), administer appropriate testing and provide consultative feedback to hiring managers.
- Buildup of a network of potential candidates using social networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled and review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final onboarding stage.
