Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT and Non-IT talent to meet the company's and clients' growing needs. You will work closely with Account Managers and leverage advanced recruiting platforms to support our staffing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Mandatory skill) is crucial for efficiently sourcing and connecting with potential candidates.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Mandatory skill) for managing the recruitment process from application to onboarding is required.
- Expertise in Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill) to perform complex candidate searches and build comprehensive talent pools.
- Strong candidate relationship management skills to maintain a positive candidate experience and build long-term professional connections.
- Data-driven recruiting capability to utilize recruitment metrics for informed decision-making and strategy enhancement.
- A solid understanding of diversity hiring strategies to contribute to an inclusive and equitable hiring process.
- Experience shaping employer branding to attract top-tier candidates and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Knowledge of interview scheduling software to streamline the hiring process, ensuring efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire top talent for IT and Non-IT roles within the company and for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search Techniques to source, screen, and engage potential candidates effectively.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure proper documentation and tracking of candidates' progress.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, improve strategies, and report recruitment activities to management.
- Implement diversity hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s image as an attractive place to work to potential candidates.
