Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Workday Business Analyst for an executive role with Brainhunter Recruiting Pvt Ltd. This remote, contract position is based out of Mumbai and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should excel in managing complex business processes and have extensive experience with Workday, Servicenow, and stakeholder management. This role demands a strong analytical mindset and an ability to drive successful business outcomes through detailed process evaluation and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Workday with proven implementation and management experience (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Servicenow for seamless integration and workflow management (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate across various business units (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and data extraction to support business analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.
• Proficient in Visio for creating process maps and flowcharts to visualize and improve business processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of business process analysis to evaluate and optimize operational performance.
• Experience in applying Agile methodologies to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of business requirements.
