Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior SAP PS professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be based in either Mumbai or Dehradun. This role involves working with SAP S/4HANA, Project Systems Configuration, and related technologies to deliver efficient business solutions and project outcomes. The position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their expertise in SAP PS within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA with a deep understanding of its application and impact on business processes.
• Experience with Project Systems Configuration to set up and maintain project structures within SAP PS.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori for enhancing user experience and providing intuitive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Data Migration Tools, ensuring successful migration of data within SAP environments.
• Proven ability in Business Process Integration to align SAP PS functionalities with organizational processes.
• Understanding of ABAP for SAP PS to develop and manage custom reports and interfaces as required.
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager for project management and system maintenance purposes.
• Strong Change Management skills to effectively manage transition processes and user adaptation within projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP PS modules to meet the needs of various business processes and requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend optimization techniques within SAP PS landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PS solutions with other SAP and non-SAP modules.
• Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity and quality across project lifecycles.
• Develop technical specifications and coordinate with the development team for ABAP program enhancements.
• Assist in deployment of SAP Fiori applications for streamlined user interactions and experiences.
• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and operation of SAP PS functionalities.
• Participate in the testing and rollout of SAP PS enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and streamlined updates.
