Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP HCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in SAP implementations and integrations. This full-time position is based in Mumbai, Delhi, or Kolkata. The role involves working with advanced technologies to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on SAP HCM to perform successful implementations and ongoing management (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated experience in configuration management, enabling seamless integration and optimization of SAP systems (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in general SAP processes and functionalities, facilitating accurate and efficient data handling across the organization.
• Hands-on experience with data migration techniques, ensuring data integrity and successful transition between systems.
• Ability to conduct end-user training sessions, empowering stakeholders to effectively utilize SAP HCM functionalities.
• Capability to execute integration testing, verifying seamless interfacing between different SAP modules and systems.
• Strong analytical skills to address and solve complex SAP related queries and challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SAP HCM modules ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
• Conduct configuration management to streamline system operations, improving overall system efficiency and performance.

• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to provide comprehensive end-user training on SAP HCM functions.

• Monitor SAP system performance regularly and provide technical support when necessary.
