Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP HCM Consultant for a full-time position with Brainhunter Recruiting Pvt Ltd. This role can be based in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Jaipur, or Nashik. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting our clients' SAP HCM systems, including SAP HANA and Indian Payroll processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SAP HCM implementation and support, focusing on module configuration and enhancements. (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA with the capability to integrate and optimize its features for business processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience with Payroll India, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP HCM and associated technologies swiftly and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of SAP technologies, enabling effective communication and challenge resolution across platforms.
• Experience in HR operations, understanding the workflow and lifecycle of employee management within SAP systems.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve current SAP processes, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP HCM system implementation, configuration, and upgrades to meet client requirements.
• Optimize SAP HANA functionalities for enhanced performance and integration with other systems.
• Administer and manage Payroll India functionalities, ensuring processes align with statutory requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective resolutions to minimize system downtime.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate SAP solutions with business practices seamlessly.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
• Facilitate training for end-users, empowering them to utilize SAP systems effectively within their roles.
• Continuously explore advancements in SAP technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business optimization.
