Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Junior Developer for full-time employment. The role will be based in Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Chennai, with a preferred experience range of 4 to 6 years. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to leverage their proficiency in Dynamics 365 and related technologies to deliver top-tier solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a thorough understanding of its architecture and functionality.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience with D365 Power Pages to create and manage web pages that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular to enhance the client-side experience of applications.
• Strong UX/UI design mindset to ensure user-friendly and accessible interfaces that improve the user experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet project objectives and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Solid problem-solving skills to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and devise efficient solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Competence in using Power Platform to extend the capabilities and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the operational requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Dynamics 365 capabilities effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain and support Dynamics 365 applications by performing regular updates and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing Dynamics 365 solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices in software development and Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and features in Dynamics 365 for potential enhancements and process improvements.
• Draft and maintain detailed technical documentation for reference and training purposes within the organization.
