Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant for a full-time position in Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience in Dynamics 365, REACT, and User-centered Design. The role requires a proactive individual who can deliver client-specific solutions using innovative and evolving technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required to design and implement robust business solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in developing user interfaces using REACT, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in user-centered design principles to enhance user experience (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of JavaScript for developing dynamic and interactive web applications.
• Competency in AngularJS to build structured and testable code is essential for dynamic projects.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices to improve usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Experience with Agile Application Development for iterative project execution and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design user interfaces with REACT to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
• Apply user-centered design principles to develop intuitive and user-friendly applications.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to align designs with business strategies and objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and optimize application performance by assessing existing tools and recommending improvements.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing software solutions and troubleshoot any issues.
