Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior IT Recruiter to join our team in a full-time capacity, working from our Mumbai or Pune office. The candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the field. This is an on-site role, designed for individuals ready to take on the dynamic world of IT recruitment, focusing on sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruiter experience with proven ability to source candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill).
- Sourcing and screening skills with a focus on identifying top IT talent (Mandatory skill).
- End-to-end recruitment management, including offer negotiation and closure (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency with Interview Scheduling Software and ability to organize interview processes efficiently.
- Strong coordinating skills to manage communications with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in IT recruitment, understanding technical roles, and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and candidates alike.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess candidate suitability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific IT staffing needs and project requirements.
- Source candidates using various platforms and techniques to ensure a consistent flow of top-tier talent.
- Conduct initial screenings to filter applicants and manage interview schedules efficiently.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Coordinate closely with candidates and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate information on candidates and recruitment progress.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to expand the talent pool.
- Continuously seek to improve recruitment processes and provide feedback to the team for operational excellence.
