Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter for a full-time position at our office in Mumbai. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The role demands managing end-to-end recruitment processes, skillfully sourcing and screening candidates, and scheduling interviews to ensure a seamless recruitment flow. The perfect fit will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to fulfilling staffing needs for high-growth industries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates to find the best talent for open positions, focusing particularly on IT roles. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of the candidate. (Mandatory skill)
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, focusing on long-term engagement.
- Utilize interview scheduling software to streamline the interview process and efficiently manage candidate pipelines.
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities including the creation and management of all job descriptions.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple vacancies at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Technical recruiter experience within the IT industry, preferably in the fields of AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to attract suitable candidates.
- Strategically source potential candidates through various platforms, including job portals and social networks.
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications to identify top talent aligning with job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage their staffing needs and expectations effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in recruitment technology and techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure recruitment targets are met and exceeded.
