Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter (IT Recruiter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and a passion for finding top talent. You will play a key role in identifying and hiring the best IT professionals to meet the growing needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified IT candidates using various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and management systems.
