We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, preferably within an IT services company with exposure to the US market. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness within the US market.
· Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
· Create and optimize landing pages, websites, and other digital assets to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
· Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
· Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
· Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to segment audiences, automate campaigns, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
· Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for successful campaign execution.
· Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to data privacy, consent management, and compliance with digital marketing regulations.
· Provide regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an IT services company with exposure to the US market.
· Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that have achieved business objectives.
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools, marketing automation software, and CRM systems.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
· Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
· Familiarity with IT services, technology solutions, and the US market landscape is highly desirable.
· Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot, are a plus.
