Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 2 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, including skills in negotiation, communication, and sales strategy, and will be adept at driving revenue and building strong customer relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven negotiation skills for closing deals and negotiating terms (Mandatory skill)
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written for customer interactions (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems to manage client data
  • Thorough product knowledge to clearly convey features and benefits
  • Strong closing skills to finalize sales and contracts
  • Expertise in prospecting for identifying and qualifying potential customers
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve organizational goals
  • Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to clients
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
