Job Description of Sales Manager In Real-estate

 

 

We Are Looking for Excellent Sales Professional Sales Manager for the Mentioned Job Profile

Roles and Responsibilities

·      To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate.

·      Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization

·      Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.

·      Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

·      Talk to the leads generated by calling team & explain the project details

·      Convince them for the site visit on call.

·      Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.

·      Finally do the booking

 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·      Excellent communication and selling skills.

·      Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

·      Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.

·      He will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects and do the project individually.

·      Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.

·      Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.

·      Report on sales activities to senior management.

·      Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

·      Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

·      Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

·      Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

·      Collecting customer feedback and market research.

·      Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

·      Experience: 2-6+ yrs experience

·      Strong communication skills

·      Location: Noida Sector -135

·      Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
