Job description- Graphic Designer & Video Editor

BookMyAssets is looking for a talented Video Editor and videographer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling through visuals, has experience shooting and editing videos, and has a flair for graphic design. As a Video Editor and Videographer, you will play a key role in creating engaging video content that supports our brand initiatives, educational materials, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished and compelling videos, ensuring a seamless flow, high production quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and create visual content that conveys messages, concepts, or branding effectively
• Design Creation: Develop a wide range of design materials, including logos, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
• Typography: Choose appropriate fonts and text layouts to ensure readability and aesthetics in design work
• Color Theory: Apply knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing and cohesive designs with the right color palettes
• Image Selection: Select and edit images, illustrations, and icons for use in design projects
• Software Proficiency: Use graphic design software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other industry-standard software to create and edit design elements
• Print Design: Prepare designs for print, ensuring proper resolution, color modes, and file formats for various print materials
• Video Editing Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit video footage to create compelling videos for marketing, social media, training, presentations, or entertainment
• Cuts and Transitions: Arrange video clips, add transitions, and make cuts to create a seamless and engaging visual story
• Sound Editing: Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the video's impact
• Color Grading: Adjust the color and lighting in videos to achieve a specific mood or visual style
• Visual Effects: Integrate visual effects and motion graphics to add dynamic elements to videos
• Video Optimization: Prepare videos for various platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and standards for online distribution
• PDF Decks: Design clean, impactful PDF decks that visually communicate ideas, data, and brand messaging.
• Infographics: Create engaging infographics that turn complex data into easy-to-understand, visually appealing visuals.
• Catchy Thumbnails:
• Design bold, scroll-stopping thumbnails that boost clicks and drive viewer engagement across digital platforms.
