JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing yearly celebrations and other employee welfare recreations like Birth day, sendoff celebrations.

To ensure all employees adhere to the company policies and procedures and handling the day to day queries/grievances of employees.

Preparation of various analyses MIS reports like Attrition, Manpower and Attendance etc.

Issuing Salary increment letter, confirmation letters and promotion letter relieving and experience letters to employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
