Job Summary:
The Client for Business Development will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing clients in order to drive business growth across India. They will work closely with the Business Development & Marketing team to ensure that clients are satisfied and that their needs are being met. This individual will be expected to deliver a high level of connects from Construction and Architects to enable and understand the Client services.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing presentation on product and service information to clients.
• Managing customer accounts and keeping them updated with accurate information.
• Supporting the Business Development team by identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are being met.
• Providing feedback to the Business Development team on customer needs and trends.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
• Continuously updating and maintaining customer records in the company’s database.
