External Description

Responsibilities

• Senior Controller has to handle a big mega/complex clients independently

• Senior Controller has to own the process completely

• Senior Controller will to be the single point of contact with assigned Team Leads

• Involve in account from transition phase

o Get to understand Client’s business

o On existing process

• Reporting requirements

• Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry

• To assess manpower requirement and involve in hiring process • To act as the primary liaison for delivery with transition & implementation

• To identify areas for process improvements and to implement best practices that is being followed

• Problem solving abilities

• Should identify gaps in the process and implement requisite control mechanism

• Identify knowledge gaps and work on training needs of his team o Explore automation opportunities

• Senior Controller has to have strong analytical and

organizational skills

• Senior Controller must be result-oriented, have a passion for change implementation

• Project management

• Be self-motivated and proactive requiring minimal supervision, have strong leadership capabilities

• Senior Controller must have exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form

• Detailed review and submission of financials to client • Subject Matter expert – GL and US GAAP

• Provide audit support to clients

External Skills And Expertise

• Working experience in ERPs

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment • Expert knowledge of GAAP and US GAAP ( preferable) • Strong Analytical abilities

• Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)

• Expertise Knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Experience in working with NetSuite is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills across towers

• Excellent Team management skills

• Prior Client handling experience

• KPO relevant experience ( Value add)

Experience:

• 12+ years of experiences in F&A, OR,

• 6+ yrs of Experience post CA qualification

Educational Background

• Any BCom/MCom/CA/CWA/ICWA
