Job Overview

The Security Operations role at Bloofield Management Services LLP is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Security. As a Security Operations professional, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective security measures to protect our clients' premises and assets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of security systems, fire safety, and CCTV surveillance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage security operations effectively
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to security incidents

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement security protocols and procedures to protect company assets and premises
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry
