Position: Sales Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary: Starting salary of 30,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our two primary products: healthcare service packages and edtech business consulting and mentorship services. The role involves significant travel, approximately 30% of the time, and the successful candidate must possess a valid bike license and have their own laptop.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our healthcare service packages and edtech business consulting and mentorship services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach out to them effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our services.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or edtech industry, would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Possession of a valid bike license and own transportation.
- Proficiency in using a laptop and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
