- Prepare and file Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) in compliance with employment-based visa requirements.
- Collect, verify, and organize all necessary client documentation for various immigration petitions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate effectively with attorneys, clients, and beneficiaries to facilitate smooth communication and case progression.
- Maintain and update Public Access Files (PAFs) in accordance with DOL regulations and audit requirements.
- Provide clients with detailed petition-specific checklists and guidance via email, ensuring clarity on required documentation.
- Oversee documentation verification and processing for each client petition, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Monitor documentation timelines and send reminders to clients to ensure timely retrieval and submission of required materials.
- Process and complete immigration application forms, ensuring all data is accurate and adheres to USCIS and legal standards.
- Support clients throughout the documentation and application process, offering consistent communication and administrative assistance.
