Designation: HR Executive

Experience: 2-4 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%):

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals).

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.

Payroll and HR Administration (40%):

Process payroll accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Administer employee benefits programs (leave, insurance, etc.).

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Manage employee database and information systems.

Employee Relations:

Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
