Hiring of Sales professionals from L-1 to L-3 Levels:

• Salary Range from 15K - 50k from NBFC or Real Estate background experience with Good communication skills

• Graduation Minimum. (However, qualification can be considered for 12th Passed also only in the cases of candidates with prior real-estate experience and relevant education or communication skills)

• Location: Noida, Gurgaon & Pune

• Salary on pro-rata after the 'Fixed Salary Month' timeline based on Sales done or minimum 12 site visits, Prospects and Attendance criteria.

• Salary disbursement to employees within the dates of 15th to 25th of every month.

1. L-1 : 15K – 20K Salary Range for Executive who are Freshers or 0 to 1 Years of exp.

                                i.   Fresher – 2 Months Salary Fixed, after 2nd Month salary will be prorate basis as per candidate performance

                               ii.   Experience - Only 1st Month salary Fixed and after 1st Month salary will be on prorate basis as per candidate performance.

2. L-2 : 25K – 35K Salary Range for Sr. Executive level of hiring with 2 & Above Years of sales exp.

                                i.   Fresher – 2 Months’ Salary Fixed, after 2nd Month salary will be prorate basis as per candidate performance

                               ii.   Experience - Only 1st Month salary Fixed and after 1st Month salary will be on prorate basis as per candidate performance.
