Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Plan and execute effective staff scheduling to meet operational needs and enhance customer service.
- Monitor and manage budgetary allocations to align operational expenses with financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, sales performance, and product offerings.
- Utilize MIS tools to gather data and generate insights for strategic decision-making and process improvement.
- Coordinate logistics activities to guarantee timely procurement and distribution of products.
- Perform regular reconciliations to validate inventory records and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address store challenges and identify areas for improvement.
