Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team at BIM Global Solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit MEP/Architecture/Structure and AutoCAD, with hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for MEP, Architectural, or Structural projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and industry standards.
• Work on international projects across various domains like commercial, residential, metro, and infrastructure.
• Support project teams in resolving modeling issues and provide technical assistance when needed.

Skills Required:

✅ Proficiency in Revit (MEP/Architecture/Structure) & AutoCAD

✅ Strong understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards

✅ Experience in clash detection and coordination

✅ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

✅ Knowledge of LOD 300 to 500 modeling standards

✅ Familiarity with BIM 360 (added advantage)
