BIM Modeller – Architecture

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced BIM Modeller – Architecture to join our team at BIM Global Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural modeling and a deep understanding of Revit and other BIM tools, with the ability to work on complex international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D architectural models using Revit.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural and MEP teams.
• Work on LOD 300 to LOD 500 models and support BIM execution plans.
• Prepare detailed drawing sets and documentation from BIM models.
• Implement client/consultant feedback and maintain project standards.
• Collaborate with project leads and BIM coordinators to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Understanding of BIM processes, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 6 years in BIM Architectural Modelling.
• Experience with international projects Gulf is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field.
