Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to medical billing. This is a full-time position based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with using Ms Outlook for email communication
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and solve problems
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge of medical billing processes and terminology is a plus

• Performing administrative tasks related to medical billing processes
• Reviewing and verifying insurance claims for accuracy
• Entering data into billing software and maintaining accurate records
