Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AR Caller to join our team at Intelligent Medical Billing Solutions. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing payments, and ensuring timely reimbursement for medical services rendered. This role is a Full-Time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an AR Caller or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) processes and procedures
• Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve payment issues
• Review and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and patterns
• Process payments, post adjustments, and reconcile accounts
• Verify accuracy of insurance information and update patient records
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies
• Respond to inquiries and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and optimize revenue
