Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

2. Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

4. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project team members.

5. Perform system analysis, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance SAP FICO functionalities.

6. Act as a subject matter expert for UK/US-specific financial processes, including taxation, reporting, and compliance.

7. Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.

8. Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, technologies, and innovations, and assess their applicability to business needs.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

2. 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.

3. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP FICO projects in the UK/US region.

4. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

5. Strong understanding of UK/US-specific financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
