Roles and responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming customers. Keep smiling.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend, advice leading to sales of Mobile handset& accessories.
  • Deal with queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Learn billing & payment process.
  • Keep store neat and hygiene at all times including stock display as per set guidelines.
  • Follow store rules and process.
