1.Establish and maintains the aerospace quality management system.

2. Develop shared vision of world class quality systems and plan the implementation.

3. Plan and coordinate with external auditing agency for AQMS certification.

4. Plan and implement AQMS internal audit and measure effectiveness of quality systems.

5. Responsible for quality surveys.

6. Collect, measure and conduct review meetings on process performance and quality objectives.

7. Conduct and coordinate management meetings.

8. Train all staff on aerospace quality management systems on regular / need basis.

9. Responsible for implementation of customer quality system requirements (if any).

10. Distribute controlled and uncontrolled copies of QMS documents.

11. Responsible for document control activities.

12. Carries out contract and order reviews.

13. Liaison with customer wherever there is a process quality concern and solve the problem to the satisfaction of the customer.

14. Responsible for closing QMS customer complaints after ensuring corrective actions.

15.Responsible for conduct internal audits and closure of GAPs in all departments.
