Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer‑focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long‑term relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customer retention initiatives.

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: BTech (Electronics)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person communication.

·        Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, operations, Production) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update records regularly.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.
• Track customer interactions and prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree with discipline (BSc Electronics), Btech (freshers can also apply).
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer centric mindset with positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.  
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
