Sales of fragrances/ Flavours/ Essential Oils to FMCG companies (Home Care/ Personnel Care/ Health Care/ Food )
Requirements
§ Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and building and maintaining client relationships.
§ Proficiency in English
§ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
§ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
§ Fast learner and passion for sales
§ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
§ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
§ Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
§ Achieving sales target
§ Acquiring Key Customers with Nation Wide Presence
§ Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
§ Achieving customer satisfaction by making a proactive presentation about current market trends, upcoming product concepts and new products in line with their core business and also by providing pre/ post-sales assistance.
§ Achieving business growth through identifying and penetrating new markets
§ Delivering customised fragrances by working with the R&D department to develop offerings in line with customer-specific briefs.
§ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
§ Understanding various aspects of customer requirements. Seeing the business through the eyes of internal and external customers. Makes concrete attempts in addressing customer’s problems
§ Anticipating needs and schedule work effectively. Reviewing plans and measuring progress regularly.
§ Internal Evaluation of Fragrances. Categorization of Fragrances for Different Application
§ Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
§ Collaborate with team to achieve better results
