Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho Creator (Mandatory skill) is required to design, develop, and manage custom applications with precision and efficiency.
• Advanced expertise in Deluge Scripting (Mandatory skill), enabling robust automation, workflows, and seamless business process integration within Zoho tools.
• In-depth experience in Zoho Analytics (Mandatory skill) for developing advanced dashboards and insightful reporting tailored to business requirements.
• Strong understanding in workflow automation to enhance productivity by automating repetitive tasks and standardizing business processes across the organization.
• Proven ability in data integration, facilitating smooth data exchange between Zoho applications and third-party systems for consistent dataflows.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, capable of collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful Zoho solutions.
• Solid problem-solving aptitude to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system or process issues for optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities, essential for presenting solutions, reporting progress, and drafting technical guides for end-users.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain custom solutions using Zoho Creator, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Implement business logic, workflows, and automation through Deluge scripting to improve process efficiencies and system reliability.
• Design and create insightful analytics dashboards and complex reports in Zoho Analytics for actionable business intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, converting them into effective Zoho application solutions.
• Integrate Zoho applications seamlessly with third-party tools, managing data flow and ensuring system interoperability.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues, performing thorough testing and user acceptance evaluations for all deliverables.
• Provide end-user training, technical support, and system documentation to facilitate seamless adoption of delivered Zoho solutions.
• Continuously research and recommend new Zoho features and best practices to maintain competitive advantage and process improvements.
